How fast will my Crisp Cuff shoes arrive? We offer three shipping tiers across the USA to get you ready for your next big move:

Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.
When will my order ship? All orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shoes are on their way.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.
SIZING & FIT
How do I choose the right size? A sharp look requires a perfect fit. Please refer to our Size & Fit Guide [Link]. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for our leather dress shoes and sizing up for our athletic-inspired sneakers.
Do your shoes require a break-in period? While we use premium, soft-touch leathers to minimize discomfort, high-quality footwear often needs 2-3 days of light wear to perfectly mold to your feet.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied. We accept returns of unworn, uncreased shoes in their original box and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if I receive the wrong size? No worries. If the fit isn't right, contact us at info@crispcuff.myshopify.com within 14 days, and we will help you arrange an exchange for the correct size.
